CONTINENTAL USA: Most furniture is delivered via motor freight and prices vary greatly depending on the size and quantity of your order. You must select Motor Freight shipping at checkout if one item on your order is marked MF (Motor Freight). Motor Freight charges range from a minimum of $120.00 up to 12% of your order total. Motor Freight shipping is for curbside delivery only and does not include inside delivery, unpacking or moving. Orders that can be shipped UPS Ground will indicate a UPS charge. Sometimes we also use FedEx for ground deliveries. If your order consists of all UPS items please select the UPS/FedEx ground shipping option at check out. In many cases, our price discounts will absorb a significant portion of your shipping costs!

Motor Freight usually ships in 3-4 business days and will be delivered in 5-7 business days from the day shipped. Allow approximately 2 weeks from the date of your order. The motor freight company will contact you directly to arrange delivery so please provide an accurate contact telephone number. UPS or Federal Express ground orders will ship in 2-3 business days and will be delivered in 3-5 business days from the day shipped. Allow approximately one week for delivery if all items on your order are UPS shippable.

SHIPPING DAMAGES: All UPS, Fed Ex and Motor Freight deliveries are fully insured. Please be confident your order will be shipped in perfect condition however, damages in transit due occur from time to time. If there is obvious exterior carton damage please inspect the contents for damages and sign accordingly before the driver leaves. Proper recording of damage at delivery will enable us to resolve the situation promptly. Call us immediately for assistance.

APO/FPO/PO SHIPMENTS: Deliveries to an APO, FPO or PO address are not possible. Fed Ex and motor freight companies do not ship to APO or PO addresses.

ALASKA AND HAWAII: Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii are cost prohibitive due to the weight and dimension of our products. If you are willing to pay significant shipping costs, call us and we will price it for you. Alaska and Hawaii orders must be handled by phone. We can be reached at 1-888-972-8826.

CANADA: We do not ship to Canada. Deliveries are cost prohibitive due to the weight and dimension of our products. In many cases shipping cost actually exceeds the value of the product ordered.

INTERNATIONAL: We do not ship to most International destinations. Deliveries overseas are cost prohibitive due to the weight and dimension of our products. Carribean deliveries are possible. Please call us to discuss shipping time frames and rates at 1-888-972-8826.

PAYMENT METHODS: We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. We intend to add PayPal and Yahoo Paydirect in the near future. Your credit card is not billed until the day your order is shipped. We request an authorization from your credit card company at the time of your order to ensure credit is available. Sales tax is charged only on shipments made to Pennsylvania.

GIFT CERTIFICATES: Gift Certificate purchases will be available in the near future.

MERCHANDISE RETURN POLICY: We stand behind the quality of our products. You may return any item in its original condition for any reason up to 30 days after purchase. a 20% re-stocking fee will be charged plus all shipping costs for delivery and return. Product returns must be in resellable condition unless damaged in transport or defective. If we make a mistake, all shipping, handling and re-stocking fees will be waived.

PRIVACY POLICY: Wicker Imports will maintain complete and total privacy of all personal information collected through our web site including e-mail addresses.
